Refund Policy
Refunds are only accepted if customer(s) can provide proof and statement upon why they want a refund through emails . Emails will be reviewed and seller with reach back. Customer must send back the product purchased and the seller has received item without use or damaged. And refund can be issued.
Refund Policy does not include missing package within the postal service or if customer looses item on their own time or if seller includes personal reasoning that does not include the product purchased.
Replacements policy
all jewelry are made with 1 year warranty.
includes replacements of missing stones, replacement of broken ring shanks, or item has become defaultly and unable to wear.
buyer has to provide pictures and proof of signature of maker. "Stamped on back". Will be reviewed and item can be fixed with 1-3 business days after receiving item from buyer.
Cancellations policy
You may request to cancel your purchase within 24 hours through email . Cancellations include full week hours (Monday-Sunday). Once item is shipped and tracking number has been provided, item(s) cannot be cancelled.
shipping Policy
once item is purchased, customer has the option of shipment choice. All products purchased are shipped within 1-2 days. Please be aware that seller is not responsible for missing packages within the postal service system and if packages are delayed due to postal service hours regarding "weekends and holidays". All orders are provided with tracking numbers which are provided through emails the customers provide through checkout. Seller is not responsible if buyers provides "incorrect" address upon checkout. The customer is responsible to check all shipping information is correct before "checkout".
